Reminder for Pirate Athletes & Families
Any student grades 6 to 12 participating in school sports must have a current physical on file before they can participate in middle school or high school sports. You do need a new physical every year and to be valid for the 2025-2026 school year it needs to be dated after April 15th of 2025.
All Napoleon Athletes, 6th -12th grade, MUST register with FINAL FORMS. Athletes will need to select what sports they will be participating in. Parents can upload their athlete's sports physical. Also please remember to update contact information for you and your athlete as coaches will be communicating through Final Forms.

Each Career Center student received a transportation survey this morning via their school email. This one-question survey will help us ensure we provide adequate bus transportation to and from the Career Center each day.
Please remind your student to complete the survey as soon as possible.

REMINDER TO FAMILIES WITH STUDENTS WHO RIDE THE BUS
Napoleon Community Schools Transportation Department is in the process of confirming bus routes for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year. If your child gets on/and or off the bus at any location other than the home address currently listed in PowerSchool (relative, daycare, group stop), we require an updated NCS Multi Destination Request Form prior to the start of the upcoming school year to finalize this request. Please note that requests are limited to two stops in total per student.
To ensure the timely scheduling of routes and be sure your student is ready to go for the first day of school, please return your completed form(s) by August 15th, 2025 to the transportation department. You may return these via email to dispatch@napoleonschools.org or drop your form(s) off at the NCS Transportation Office Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
SCHOOLS OF CHOICE stops have limited capacity on some routes. We encourage all families to submit your requests early, so we can best support your needs and help make this process as smooth as possible.

Just a reminder Callaghan's Coffee truck will be on campus this morning from 6:30-8:30. 50% of proceeds will go to the family of Kolben Kerr.
Also the Kona Ice truck will be at Eby today for students to purchase sno cones for $4 or $6. This is also a fundraiser to help support the Kerr Family.
