A note from the Superintendent

Having served this district for many years, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the remarkable dedication of our staff, the resilience of our students, and the unwavering support of our families and community. Napoleon’s strength has always come from its people — those who care deeply about doing what’s best for kids, every single day.

The past few months have been a whirlwind of preparation as I work to support the district in my new role. Eagerly, I spend time in our schools, attend events, and work to continue my relationship with students, parents, educators, and community members. I want to hear your stories, understand your experiences, and learn, while maintaining our strong foundation. Your insights are essential to our continued success.

A top priority for me is to enhance meaningful parental and family involvement. When families are actively engaged in their children's education, student outcomes improve, and schools become stronger. I look forward to establishing strong communication channels that make all families feel informed, valued, and empowered to participate in their children's learning journeys.

To begin, please take a few minutes to complete the NCS Community Feedback Survey sharing your thoughts and perspectives. In the coming months, I will be hosting a series of community sessions called "Compass Conversations." I invite you to join me and be part of the conversation. More details will be shared soon.

Together, we can continue the tradition of excellence that defines Napoleon Community Schools—while also supporting the academic needs of every learner and fostering curiosity, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.

Warm Regards,

Patrick Dillon
