At the beginning of each school year, Middle School and High School, parents and guardians are asked to review and complete important student information. Emergency contacts, health forms, technology agreements, and permission slips. Keeping this information up to date helps us provide a safe and successful learning environment for all students.

Please take a few moments to review all required forms before the start of school. These forms can be completed by logging into your students PowerSchool Account and selecting "Forms" on the menu to the left.
