Congratulations to the Napoleon MS Math Counts team. They competed this past Friday, Feb 2 at Jackson College. Napoleon took 8th place out of more than 20 teams in Jackson County.

REMINDER NO SCHOOL MONDAY, JANUARY 15th. All school buildings and district offices will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr Day. Pirates Cove Childcare is open.
*An all call has been scheduled to go out to all Pirate families this evening (Thursday, Jan 11th ).
THURSDAY 12/21
Thursday December 21st, students will be given the opportunity to bring their own device to lunch for gaming, etc. Students earned this reward because of their excellent behavior during the Wellness Day last week.
Students will not be able to access school WIFI, but may be able to use their data (depending on cell service). Only school appropriate games & videos will be allowed.
Don't have a device, don't worry! Students will also be given the opportunity to decorate a Christmas Cookie or go to the gym when they have finished eating.
We would like to thank all the vendors and shoppers that participated in our Winter Craft Show. We would also like to thank Aggies for their continued support of our concessions.
NMS After School Tutoring for Tuesday December 5th is cancelled due to a scheduling conflict. Please make alternate arrangements for students who were planning to attend.

NMS PTO Blanket Fundraiser:
The blanket orders are scheduled to arrive to us no later than the 8th. We plan to have them sorted and delivered by the week of December 11th.
Congratulations to NMS Pirate Band member Hannah Doughty, who has been accepted into the 2024 MSBOA All-State Band! Hannah competed against hundreds of other 7th & 8th grade students across Michigan, and was selected as one of the top French Horn players in the state. She will get to perform with the Middle School All-State Band at the Michigan Music Conference in Grand Rapids next January. Congratulations Hannah on this huge achievement!

When: Saturday, December 09, 2023
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Admission fee will be $1.00 per person, kids under 12 free.
Visitors will enjoy a festive atmosphere, food, & the ability to purchase your products. The proceeds from the craft show will be used in support of extracurricular middle school activities including: 8th grade class trip, 7th grade class trip, student activity nights, technology for hands-on learning, and library upgrades.

The 53rd Annual Napoleon Lions Punt, Pass & Kick Contest is TONIGHT
Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at the Napoleon Athletic Complex. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. and the competition will begin at 6:00 p.m. There is no cost for this competition.
*T-shirts will be presented to all participants; and a trophy will be presented to each grade champion.
