Our annual Jackson County Hearing and Vision Screening for 7th-grade students will take place on Wednesday, April 8th. If you would like to opt your child out of this screening, please provide a signed letter or email from a parent or guardian.
Additionally, if you are a parent of a 6th or 8th-grade student and have concerns about their vision, please call our office to arrange a vision screening.

🏴☠️🏴☠️NCS Staff was hard at work on Monday March 9th during Professional Development.🏴☠️🏴☠️
"Anchored in Safety: Protecting our Pirate Crew" was the theme of the day.
The goal of the day: To understand that Napoleon is prepared and ready. We have the process, the tools, the assigned roles, and partnerships for emergencies. Staff learned systems, procedures, routines, and strategies to keep our District safe.
Stacey Voskuil from the National Association of School Resource Officers spoke about BTAM (Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management), school violence prevention, and the importance of positive school climate.
Officer Tom Freeman, NCS School Resource officer, presented on active shooter situations.
Staff also completed Stop the Bleed training from HFHS, Reunification Table Top Exercise, and simulated active shooter exercises.
Preparation is essential. At Napoleon Community Schools, we are committed to doing our best to be prepared for any and all situations.
