Our school has signed up for this free service. With it, kids can chat with a live tutor to get homework help. This will be used in addition to our after school tutoring so that if someone doesn't have transportation or is in sports can still get homework help. Please PROMOTE this to your kids!
ALSO, there is a PSAT and SAT diagnostic test (approx. 20 minutes) that can be given to all students and then it will create practice problems to help them prepare for the test. It is adaptive and will give them questions in their perceived weak areas just like Khan Academy used to do. You can do math or reading or both.
NOW, you can use your demo account to see all the things available to our kids and assign things to students. You could use this as lesson plans for a time when you are absent! It sounds too good to be true honestly! You would just have to have students take a screenshot of their completion status and email it to you if you plan to grade them on it because you won't have access to see what they have done.
