Reminder for Pirate Athletes & Families
Any student grades 6 to 12 participating in school sports must have a current physical on file before they can participate in middle school or high school sports. You do need a new physical every year and to be valid for the 2025-2026 school year it needs to be dated after April 15th of 2025.
All Napoleon Athletes, 6th -12th grade, MUST register with FINAL FORMS. Athletes will need to select what sports they will be participating in. Parents can upload their athlete's sports physical. Also please remember to update contact information for you and your athlete as coaches will be communicating through Final Forms
