Happy Teacher Appreciation Week to all of our incredible teachers in the district!

We would like to introduce Mrs. Courtney Jensen as one of the new office aides at Eby. She has moved from the library to the front office and we are happy to have her.

Friday was Tyra McLain's last day at Eby but she hasn't gone far. She will now be working in the Napoleon High School office. Thanks Mrs. McLain for your nine years of service at Eby. We will see you around.

Bikers Against Bullies presented a "Buddy Bench" to Ezra Eby Elementary on Thursday, May 2, 2024. The students listened to a positive message about ways to use the bench and loved seeing the motorcycles and hear them roar at the end of the presentation. Eby is grateful to be chosen as a recipient of the bench.

Congratulations Eby Pirates! You earned enough CREW cards to fill the prize tube for a school wide reward. Board Games with Buddies on Friday afternoon was our way of saying we appreciate your positive behavior. We are proud of you for being Cooperative, Respectful, putting forth Effort, and having those Wow moments! Keep up the Great Work! Go Pirates!

Eby's Third Grade Students put on a spectacular show on Thursday, April 25. They celebrated our great state through song and dance. Once again the Michigan Program was a hit!

Eby's Art Show Kickoff Reception was a big hit! Every student at Eby has at least one piece of art on display and there are middle school and high school art pieces in the lobby and library. Make sure to stop by and check it out the next two days. Wednesday 7:00am to 5:00pm and Thursday 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Congratulations to our 4th Grade Spelling Bee Winner and Runner-up,
Kalen Stamper and Rosmal Garcia! Well done guys!

Thanks to all the local donors who supported our Kindergarten Family Night. Our K-Team (Mrs. Johns, Mrs. Latocki, and Ms. Vansickle) along with Mrs. Anne Tiihonen, our Talent Together Intern Teacher, and Mrs. Bradley, reading specialist, put on an evening full of fun activities for kindergartners and their families. Our food service provided a delicious spaghetti dinner. The event ran from 5:30pm to 7:00pm and every child went home with a new book and some fun takeaways. We appreciate all the staff members that volunteered their time and all the families that came out to participate.

Congratulations to Mrs. Dayna Miller for receiving a new doc cam from Meemic Education Foundation!

Congratulations to our 5th Grade Spelling Bee Winner, Cruz Phillips and Runner-ups, Jamie Adkins and Carter Lee!
