
On Tuesday, November 5th Eby students had a chance to go to the mock poll booths and vote for a presidential candidate. A huge shout out to Mrs. Bouman and 5th Grade Student Council members for organizing the mock election.




Ezra Eby Elementary Students can wear their Pajama Bottoms tomorrow, Friday, November 1st for earning so many CREW cards for being Cooperative, Respectful, Effortful, and having WOW moments! Congratulations! We are so proud of you!

Coffee with Social Worker at Eby has been canceled for tonight!

JFM Church would like to invite Napoleon families to a Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 27 from 3-5pm located at 2829 Park Dr. in Vandercook near Klavons. They will have candy, inflatables, and food.

THANK YOU so much for your support once again for our Ezra Eby JDRF walk! Eby raised $2607.00!!!
The winner of our $50 gift card for raising the most money was 5th grader, Elizabeth Lawrence. She raised $320.00.
The spare change war was amazing and brought in well over $600 for our team!
The first place classroom was Mrs. Latocki —her class brought in $198.75 and they have earned a pizza party lunch!!
The second place classroom was Mrs. John’s—her class brought in $191.32 and they have earned an ice-cream party!!
Third place goes to Mrs. Jennings—-her class brought in $181.50 and they have earned $25 towards some books for their classroom!!
We would also like to thank our 5th Grade Student Council members for collecting money each morning and putting up sneakers in the hallway.

Kindergarten through second grade students had a chance to learn about germs and the importance of hand washing from Ian Shaw, a Jackson County Health Department employee. They looked for signs of germs on their hands using a blue light device to spot them. It was an eye opening experience that encouraged good hygiene.










Red, White, and Blue was the theme at Eby on Thursday! Students participated in spirit week with an America Day!






Wacky Wednesday for Eby Pirates! Congratulations to Mrs Tiihonen's First Grade Class for winning the Spirit Award for most participation!






EBY PTO hosted a Lego Build for students who came to Tuesday night's meeting and it was a success. Thank you to all of the families that participated.





Eby students dressed for Career Day during Spirit Week. Congratulations to Mrs. Jenning's 4th Grade Class for having 100% participation and winning the Spirit Award!

CHECK IT OUT! A collaborative art piece by the students of Ezra Eby Elementary celebrating "Dot Day" and making their "Mark" in the world, community, and school. Mrs. Bouman, the art teacher, titled it "Together We Can Do Great Things!." It is located in the cafeteria hallway of Eby Elementary. Way to Go Eby Kids!


Ezra Eby PTO would like to invite you to their first meeting Tuesday, September 24th. Bring your children and enjoy some pizza and breadsticks at 6:00pm. At 6:30pm there will be a master lego builder hosting a pirate lego build in the STEM room while parents participate in the meeting in the library. The evening will conclude at 7:30pm. June 12th kicked off summer fun in the Eby library. Students are invited to attend the next two Wednesdays, June 19th and 26th to read, play games, and partake in social emotional learning between 9:00am and noon.
