Varsity Volleyball: Napoleon 3, Vandercook Lake 0. In the 25-7, 25-10, 25-3 win on the road Elle Van Poppel had 11 kills for the Pirates (22-11-3).

JV Volleyball: Napoleon 3, Vandercook Lake 0. Lydia Warner (7 digs, 5 kills) and Maci Hamlin (5 kills) led the way for the Pirates (11-11-1) in the 25-8, 25-10, 15-8 win on the road.

Good luck to the JV and varsity volleyball teams as they travel to Vandercook Lake tonight! Match times 5:00 PM (JV) and 6:30 PM (varsity).

JV Football: Napoleon 60, Michigan Center 42. The Pirates (8-0) win at home with TDs coming from Nolan Kirsch (3), Caden Borders (2), Owen Smith, Tristen Russell, and Arrick Barrus.

Girls Golf: Pirates finish 5th as a team at the MHSAA D4 Girls Golf State Finals and huge congratulations to senior Anna McCubbins, who was the individual STATE CHAMPION for 2025!

Calling all YOUTH WRESTLERS!!!!

Sign ups start tomorrow night, October 14th from 5:30pm - 6:30pm @ Napoleon High School. Flyers were sent home this afternoon.

-Parent meeting Oct. 21st at 6p.m.
- Practices begin on Oct. 21st
- Practices will run 6:00pm - 7:45pm every Tuesday and Thursday (except Thanksgiving day)
-Cost is $130 for youth season (cash or check) make checks payable to NYWC
-If your wrestlers choose to attend tournaments the cost is $20 per tournament

This is a great way to get new wrestlers exposed to wrestling or gain additional mat time for experienced wrestlers. Open to kids ages 14 and under.

Congratulations once again to the Napoleon HS girls golf team, who qualified for the MHSAA D4 State Finals with a 2nd place finish at today's regional at Calderone GC.

Senior Anna McCubbins was the individual silver medalist today, carding a 79, and sophomore Katelyn Ault (9th), freshman Avery Rhodes (10th), senior Kelsey Chapman (29th), and sophomore Ally Hoard (35th) rounded out the Napoleon roster.

The state finals will be held at Katke Golf Course on the campus of Ferris State University on October 17th and 18th. Good luck and way to make our community proud!

Big congratulations to Coach Don McCubbins and the girls golf team, who won the Cascades Conference Tournament today at Arbor Hills GC to finish up a very successful regular season as conference champs!

Senior Anna McCubbins was the overall golf medalist today, carding a 72, while freshman Avery Rhodes shot a 91 to grab the bronze medal and sophomore Katelyn Ault fired a 97 to finish 5th and put three Pirates in the Top 10 individuals.

Our Girls Golf Squad won their fifth Conference Jamboree in a row at the Grass Lake Invitational. Pirates had three finishers in the top ten. Anna McCubbins took 1st, Katelyn Ault took 2nd, and Avery Rhodes took 6th.

A few of our athletes were invited to the Cascades Fall Athletic Leadership Conference at the Gene Davis Banquet Center. They got to listen to speaker Craig Hillier, who's high-energy programs and contagious enthusiasm captivate audiences throughout the United States. Participants find themselves engaged in a story and then suddenly they are on their feet with an activity that drives the point even further. His programs are known to be up-beat, fun and educational.

Pirates that attended were Ashton Warner, Presley Greep, Madisyn Lindemann, Maci Straub, Remi Taylor, Harley Smith, Hallie Duvall, Blake Fish, and Isaac Caroffino.

Congratulations to our Girls Golf Team!! They won their 4th Conference Jamboree in a row!! Anna McCubbins was the medalist in the Michigan Center Jamboree!!

🏴‍☠️ Volleyball's annual Breast Cancer Game is coming up! If you are interested in donating a basket for their silent auction, send an email to sallie.raftery@napoleonschools.org and they can arrange for someone to pick it up! The girls will be out tomorrow asking for donations as well! All of the money raised stays here in our local community to help out families when they need it!
