The Jerry Glassel Music Scholarship
A $500 scholarship for up to four Jackson County high school students to improve musical ability. May be used toward college expenses, camp tuition, private instruction, equiptment, etc. Applications available in the Guidance office or by visiting the website (click on link in title) AVAILABLE TO ALL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS - GRADES 9-12

KIWANIS CLUB OF BROOKLYN Seniors who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply for this scholarship: Minimum 3.0 GPA, Service to school and community, Acceptance to a 2 or 4-yr school, or trade school Completed Application, and a One page essay on the topic: Community Service and What Helping Others Means To Me The scholarship will be paid to the student upon completion of the first semester. Current Surfaces, Inc. - Track Athlete Scholarship Offers a $1000.00 scholarship to a high school senior who attends a school with a track surface installed by the company. Michigan State Troopers Assistance Fund
Offers 20 scholarships in the amount of $1000.00 each to eligible students. Awards are based on acheivements; Not based on financial need. Must have minimum 3.25 GPA, Service to the community, and Demonstrate leadership.

U of M Sigma Phi Epsilon

The Optimist Club of Jackson will award a $2000 Scholarship to two deserving graduates, one male and one female student

AEROQUIP CREDIT UNION Aeroquip Credit Union is currently accepting applications for their 2010 Scholarship. The purpose of the scholarship is to recognize Aeroquip Credit Union members who have shown scholastic excellence and who are interested in advancing their education. They will award one $1,000 scholarship to a graduating high school senior.

Seniors who have been accepted to a Michigan university or community college, have at GPA of 3.0 or higher, have demonstrated financial need, and are perusing a degree in an area that will allow them to work in the crude oil and natural gas industry can apply for scholarships starting at $500.
